STEP 2: Dry Soil Removal – We perform a deep restorative vacuuming to the front and back of the rug (not always the back depending on the rug) to remove damaging soil and harmful allergens from within your rug’s fibers.
STEP 3: Pre-Condition – The rug will be pre-treated to emulsify the soils.
STEP 4: Pre-Spot Preparation – Any potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated to increase chances of removal.
STEP 5: Clean – Most rugs are cleaned with our “Wool Safe” low moisture cleaning system that is designed to get the maximum cleaning while protecting the natural fibers. We also offer rug washing for your finer oriental rugs and your rugs that have heavy soiling or severe pet soiling.
